Return this form no later than four months after the ceremony Include a photo if you want one to appear with the announcement. Photos showing the couple from the waist up work best. If getting formal photos back from the photographer by the four-month deadline becomes a problem, another photo should be included or the announcement can appear without a photo. Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return of photo.
