Clayfolk Show & Sale: The 47th annual Fall Clayfolk Show and Sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Nov. 18-19, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20, at the Medford Armory, 1701 S. Pacific Highway, Medford. Look for everything from functional housewares to jewelry and sculpture created by more than 60 artists from throughout the Pacific Northwest. Low-cost pet vaccines: Make an appointment for your pet to get vaccinated and licensed at the Jackson County Animal Shelter, 5595 S. Pacific Highway, Phoenix, on Saturday, Nov. 19. This drive-thru, appointment-only clinic is only open to dogs and puppies. All cat timeslots for November have been filled. Vaccinations available for dogs are rabies and distemper/parvo booster. No nail trimming done. Pet owners must call the shelter to schedule or reserve a spot online at fotas.org/vaccinations by Friday, Nov. 18. Dog licensing is required at this low cost clinic. All dogs six months of age and older are required by law to be vaccinated for rabies and licensed. Distemper/parvo vaccinations are $15 each; rabies vaccinations are $10 each. License fees vary based on the dog’s neuter/spay status and length of licensing selected, and discounts are available for veterans and seniors 62 and older. This is a cash-only clinic, with the exception of license fees, and all pets must be in good health. Pets that are on antibiotics, in heat or on cortisone products cannot be vaccinated.
